The admissions process begins with a phone call, email or online inquiry (below). Once you give us the following information, we can then send you out an application package:

1.   Your child's name
   

2.   The parents' name(s)
   

3.   Your child's gender
   

4.   Your address
   

5.   Your child's age in September
   

6.   Your phone number
   

7.   What program you are interested in
   

8.   Any other information you think we may need
