The admissions process begins with a phone call, email or online inquiry (below). Once you give us the following information, we can then send you out an application package:

  1. Bullet  Your child's name

  2. Bullet  The parents' name(s)

  3. Bullet  Your child's gender

  4. Bullet  Your address

  5. Bullet  Your child's age in September

  6. Bullet  Your phone number

  7. Bullet  What program you are interested in

  8. Bullet  Any other information you think we may need
