Our Toddler Program contains all the components necessary to give your child an enriching start to their "school experience".

The program is, of course, enlivened by Montessori materials - Practical Life materials to build those fine motor skills, Language activities to build beginning literacy, Math materials to help establish counting and one-to-one correspondence. The program also contains an abundance of Manipulatives, Art activities (painting, drawing, special projects), science projects, lots of books and a very cozy Loft (which acts as an arena for fantasy play & dress-up activities.)

The Toddler day consists of at least three Circle Times (for music, demonstrations, etc.), one Work Time (a free choice period where children choose their own work), an Outdoor Time (on our rooftop playground), a Book Time (where children can look at books and hear one read to them) and a nutritious snack.
