Summer Program Application

When you are ready to begin your Summer Program Application:

*Review the Session dates and program choices and determine how many sessions you would like to register for.
Session 1: June16th - June 27th
Session 2: June 30th - July 11th (closed on July 4th)
Session 3: July 14th -July 24th
*Pay the appropriate Summer Session Fees by clicking "Add To Cart" on the appropriate item below. (Each session requires a $100 (PER SESSION) Non-refundable deposit. If your child is not currently enrolled as a Morningside Student, there is a one-time, Non-Refundable $25 Registration Fee per child.)
*After your payment has been made, please return to this page to complete the Application process.

*Click the "Submit" button and make sure a confirmation note appears.

Early Birds

If you have chosen either Classic or Full Day, select this in addition to your program if you need early morning care. (There is no Early Birds option for our PeeWee Program).

Instructional Swim

If you have chosen either Classic or Full Day, select this in addition to your program if you want your child to swim *Limited Space available. 1st come, 1st served.

* Your child will be placed with at least one friend, as long as they are in the same program, with the same swim schedule (either both swimmers, or both non-swimmers).

Payment

Full payment is required by Monday, June 2nd for all Sessions. ALL paperwork including up-to-date Medical Forms, Emergency Contact Forms, and Pick-up Forms will be due at this time.

A non-refundable $25 registration fee is required for children not currently enrolled at Morningside Montessori School. Once full payment is made, no refund will be given for any reason.
