Financial Aid
The application for the 2026/27 school year is now open.
Financial aid applications due for prospective MMS families: February 12, 2026; Families will be notified of awards concurrently with their offer of admission on February 26, 2026, and will be required to make a deposit for the 2026-2027 school year in accordance with the terms of their offer.
Financial aid applications due for current MMS families (including sibling, legacy, and alumni candidates): December 15, 2025; Families will be notified of awards on January 16, 2026, and will be required to make a tuition deposit by January 23, 2026. To accept this award, please note that you must sign your enrollment agreement for the entirety of 2026-2027 by February 20, 2026.
Our limited, need-based financial aid program relies on the fundraising efforts of the school’s parent body. Please note:
Priority is given first to current families, and then to new families who submit their admissions application by the ISAAGNY deadline, January 8, 2026.
Financial aid applications will not be reviewed without an MMS Admissions application on file FIRST.
MMS is only able to offer a limited number of small financial aid awards, and full tuition awards are not available at this time. Every family contributes something towards their child’s MMS education.
Because circumstances can change, we ask families to reapply for aid each year, and all awards are evaluated annually.
Families earning $200,000 in adjusted gross income or less are eligible for consideration for financial aid – this income restriction may be modified based on extenuating circumstances.
Due to our limited funds, we do not offer financial aid for the two-day Toddler Program or the Young Toddlers Together program.
We pledge to maintain the highest level of sensitivity, confidentiality and transparency throughout this process. We know applying for aid requires families to share personal information, and we consider this with respect and care.
Starting in 2026-2027, MMS is using the Clarity financial aid platform to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that families share in their application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. Families can complete the application securely online, upload supporting documents, and authorize access to tax filings. This ensures a fair and thorough review while reducing stress for families.
MMS takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information. For more information, please refer to Clarity’s Privacy Policy.
To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, if you are a US taxpayer, you will follow the steps to authorize the IRS to share a transcript of your W2(s) and personal tax return. Clarity has found that US taxpayers who have IRS.gov accounts before starting the Clarity Application have a much easier time completing this Verification process. You can obtain more information about setting up an IRS.gov account here: https://www.clarityschools.com/library/clarity-tax-verification-guide
There is a $65 fee to submit. Please note that ONE Clarity application allows families to apply for aid for multiple siblings to any Clarity schools at no additional charge. A fee waiver will be automatically applied based on your household income and family size when you submit the application, if you qualify.
If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206-210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
