We are pleased to be partnering with Discovery Programs and RoboFun for our Spring 2024 semester of Afternoon Adventures, our after-school enrichment series!
Available to our Early Childhood Program students, these fabulous extracurricular classes are supplemental to our school-day curriculum. Sign up for one or both days!
Programs will run from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
Students who dismiss at 12:30 are welcome to return to Morningside for an Afternoon Adventure after their lunch and play at home.
Students who dismiss at 1:30 or 3:30 are welcome to extend their day at Morningside until 4:30 on the day(s) of their Afternoon Adventure(s) - this will be billed at a $25/hour per diem rate.
Students who dismiss at 4:30 are all set to go right into an Afternoon Adventure!
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferrable, and if your child misses the school day due to illness, they will not be able to join for the Afternoon Adventure that day.

In Discovery Programs’ gymnastic classes, your child will learn how much focus, practice and dedication it takes to master a skill and the joy and pride it brings to ‘own’ it! Give your child the pleasure of a great physical workout that will leave them smiling and feeling relaxed and good. Gymnastics give children more confidence in their bodies and movement, and helps them know their ability to master other physical challenges. It builds strength in their arms, chests, backs, legs, and core, while building bone density during the ages when it is important to do it to protect you later in life.
Class will be held at Discovery Programs in the basement of the Ansche Chesed building.
16 sessions (no class on April 29).
At least 5 children must sign up for this program to proceed.

RoboFun knows that preschool-age children are natural scientists, ready to explore and experiment. This Little Engineers class will engage your curiosity by utilizing a hands-on and playful curriculum. Through our specially-designed building activities, songs, stories, and movement, your child will have a blast while developing problem-solving and design-thinking skills. Each week, we’ll engage in a different theme, like outer space or construction.
20 Sessions
5 children must sign up for this class to go forward.
Fall tuition: $1700
This deposit will secure your child’s spot for the Afternoon Adventure program you select below. Please submit one deposit for each Adventure you’d like your child to join. You will be billed for the total balance(s) prior to the start of the program(s)
